Four easy steps:

Each potential tenant must complete an application. Children residing with a parent(s) under the age of 18 do not need to complete an application.
If you are a full-time or part-time student and your parent(s) will be assisting with your rent, each parent who plans to assist or pay rent is required to submit an application as a co-signee.
2. Application is fillable but needs a physical signature.
3. Fill in all fields. **Incomplete applications will not be considered**
4. Scan and attach to an email and send to halooneapartments@gmail.com (Please allow one to two business days if you email any questions. The preferred method of contact is by phone.)
